Monahan QuarryLocation: West Nottingham, south of Nottingham County Park. |
| A smaller pit lies about 400 feet northwest of the large Keystone quarry, between it and the 2 Sparvetta openings. It is about 75 feet long and 50 feet wide, and is filled with water. Either this pit or the main opening is probably the Monahan Quarry of Hopkins and the Walker Quarry of Bascom (Pearre & Heyl) |
