Will Start in Operation.—Messrs. Steen & Johnson are making arrangements to again put in operation their stone-crusher on the Phoenixville and West Chester Railroad, in Charlestown township. Mr. Steen tells us that the reason for their stopping was that they found the boiler was too small and was defective, and fearing that there would be an explosion, they concluded to stop the works. They are now making arrangements to get a larger boiler, which will be put in and the works started in operation at an early day.
