SHERIFFS' SALES
04.02.1844 American Republican
SHERIFFS' SALES. BY virtue of a writ of fieri facias to me directed, will be sold at public sale, on Wednesday the 24th day of April inst., on the premises, a certain messuage and tract of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin and county of Chester, bounded by lands of Wm. Bittle, Andrew Bowman and others, containing one and one fourth acres, more or less. The improvements consist of a LOG DWELLING HOUSE, frame stable, stone springhouse over a never failing spring of water, and other necessary out buildings. There is also a variety of fruit trees on said premises. Seized and taken into execution as the property of Henry Dunahower.
