In consideration of $25, grantors agree to give to grantee an option to buy the tract of land known as Jones' meadow containing 4 A in Valley Forge, bounded west by F.M. Bean, on the north by P.&.R. Rwy Co.; on the east by Valley Creek and State Park, and on the south by State Highway, P.O.S. of A. Hall and Eliza Rowan property Together with the right to connect a railroad track to the side track on the coal chutes for the benefit of the above described property. This option to extend for one year from the date of execution, with the right to grantee to buy all said property within said period for the further sum of $3975 when a proper deed will be executed by the grantors to the grantee free of all encumbrances.
