A VALUABLE FARM FOR SALE
WILL be exposed to Public Vendue,
on Saturday the 20th of March inst.
at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, on the premises;
a Valuable Farm, situate entirely
in the Great Valley, Tredyffrin township,
Chester county, 18 miles from Philadelphia,
two from the Philadelphia and
Lancaster Turnpike, and 5 from Norristown,
on the Sweeds-Ford [Swedesford] road, bounded by
lands of Thomas Walker, Dr. Wm.
Harris, and others, containing 112 Acres, 30
acres whereof is first rate Woodland -
there is an excellent quarry of LimeStone
on the premises - about 10 Acres of
Meadow, watered by a handsome stream
which passes through the premises. This
Farm is conveniently situated to several
places of Worship, Schools, Stores, Mills
and Mechanic Shops, in a good neighborhood,
and is well worthy the attention of
any person desirous to possess a handsome,
convenient, fertile Farm.
Any persons desirous of viewing the
premises previous to the day of sale, will
apply to the subscriber residing near the
